The Warriors, who are the defending NBA champions, were led by Stephen Curry's 27 points. However, Curry was held to just 6-of-21 shooting from the field, and the Warriors were unable to keep up with the Lakers' hot shooting in the fourth quarter.
The Lakers now have a 1-0 lead in the series, and they will look to take a 2-0 lead when they host the Warriors in Game 2 on Thursday night.
